The verification most exporters skip. We built ours after it cost us.

Five steps, in this order, on every shipment. No exceptions for volume, urgency, or a long-standing processor relationship.

  1. Vet the processor

    Facility walk-through, method audit, and provenance review. If the operation doesn’t hold up in person, it doesn’t appear in your quote.

  2. Reconcile the spec apple-to-apple

    Your specification is mapped against the processor’s method and marker system before production — no ambiguity carried downstream.

  3. Independent lab draws its own samples

    A third-party lab collects samples from the sealed lot itself. We do not hand them a bottle.

  4. Assemble destination-market documents

    Certificates and export documents prepared for the market you're importing into, not a generic bundle.

  5. Export and clear

    We handle export documentation and coordinate with your customs broker so the material and its paperwork land together.

Our story

Eighteen years turning “trust me” into “here, check.”

Vantage began in 2008 as an organic-commodity manufacturer and exporter, building a certified supply chain of 50,000+ farmers across India, Nigeria, Tanzania, Benin and Malawi, supported by $5M+ in development funding from the Common Fund for Commodities. Until 2024, we shipped to buyers on multiple continents under NOP, EU, Bio Suisse, COR, JAS, KOR and NPOP organic standards.

Early on, one lot taught us what a gap between specification, documents and sampling can cost. The workflow we use today — independent sampling, destination-market documents, spec reconciliation — comes directly from that lesson.

Questions

The things buyers ask us first.

No. We ran our own organic processing plant for years, so we know what a well-run facility looks like and what a badly run one hides. For extracts, we don't own the equipment or the farms. We source from processors we've vetted in person, re-check method, documents and material ourselves, and handle export.

We are new to the category, not to the discipline. Sixteen years of exporting organic commodities (2008–2024) under NOP, EU, Bio Suisse, COR, JAS, KOR and NPOP built the verification workflow we now apply to botanical actives. Start with a sample and the full document set, and judge the paperwork before you judge the relationship.

A Certificate of Analysis from an independent lab that drew its own samples, Certificate of Origin, packing list, MSDS, TDS, phytosanitary documentation where the destination requires it, and the complete export set for your customs broker. For certified-organic grades, the processor's Transaction Certificate travels with the lot.

A third-party lab we do not control collects samples directly from the sealed lot. Assays run against the marker system agreed in your specification, alongside heavy-metal, residual-solvent and microbial panels. You receive the lab’s report itself, not our summary of it.
